Male Body Lift
in Orlando, FL

Men who are at their ideal body weight but have extra fat and skin dragging them down can get a boost from a male body lift.  Getting rid of unnecessary weight and regaining lost body definition is good for both the body and mind.  Board-certified plastic surgeon Kendall Peters, MD, FACS, specializes in lower body lifts for men, and he is proud to offer the procedure to the men of Orlando, Orange County, and Central Florida.

What Is a Male Body Lift?

Men who have an excessive amount of fat and sagging skin around their abdominal area, buttocks, groin and thighs may want to consider a body lift.  A body lift tightens underlying tissues and removes excess fat and skin.  Body lifts are a good option for men who have lost skin elasticity due to age or heredity.  Men who have lost significant amounts of weight through diet, exercise or bariatric surgery also benefit from the procedure.

Benefits of a Male Body Lift

When men have a lower body lift, all of the extra weight and skin that was dragging them down is removed to reveal a lean, taut body beneath.  Clothes fit better.  Men feel lighter, tighter and better about themselves at the beach, pool or gym.  Renewed confidence from a lower body lift can even bring the courage to ask someone out on a date or try for a promotion.

How Is Male Body Lift Performed?

Every male body is different, so every body lift is different.  When Dr. Peters performs lower body lifts, he tailors the procedure based on each man’s musculature and frame.  During the procedure, muscles are tightened, and extra fat and skin are removed.  Incision sites vary based on the procedure type and are hidden as carefully as possible along natural creases and lines.  During your consultation, Dr. Peters will let you know how long the procedure will take and what is involved in the recovery process.

Recovery from a Male Body Lift

When you schedule your lower body lift, the staff at the Center for Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery will give you all the necessary recovery instructions.  You may have more than one incision site to bandage.  You may also need to do special exercises or eat differently for a week or so to promote healing.

The most important part of your recovery is rest.  You may be asked to refrain from particular activities during the healing process.

How Much Does a Male Body Lift Cost in Orlando?

The best way to know the cost of a lower body lift is by getting a consultation.  The price will be based on how many areas require surgery and the amount of surgery that needs to be performed on each area. The Center for Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery strives to make body lifts as affordable as possible by offering financing via CareCredit®.   Payments are accepted in the form of cash, personal checks, and credit cards.

Is Male Body Lift Right for Me?

The best candidates for a male body lift are in good health and have been at their ideal body weight for at least six months.  If you have bothersome loose skin and extra fat despite dieting and exercising, a lower body lift may be a good solution.  Men who have lost a lot of weight may also want to contact Dr. Peters for an opinion.

Why Choose Dr. Peters for a Male Body Lift?

When selecting a plastic surgeon to perform your body lift, only consider a doctor who is board certified and experienced in working with men.  Not only does Dr. Peters meet this criterion, but he is known for making his patients feel at ease.
