The Center for Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery is a highly respected center for those seeking both surgical and non-surgical contouring of their breasts, as well as on their face or body. Our center is led by Kendall Peters, MD, FACS, a well-respected board-certified plastic surgeon. Dr. Peters has dedicated his entire career to delivering the very best care to his patients who schedule themselves for aesthetic plastic surgery. His reputation precedes him, as many clients come to The Center for Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery because they have heard how wonderful he is with his patients.

Breast reconstruction is a procedure that is able to be performed right after a person undergoes a mastectomy. It can be done at the same operative setting or can be delayed for weeks to even years after a mastectomy. There are different circumstances that each individual must consider with their doctor, such as the likelihood of additional treatments such as radiation therapy, before deciding when to have reconstruction surgery. It is important to remember that breast reconstruction often requires the patient to have more than one surgery. Further surgery may be needed to improve symmetry and to reconstruct the nipple areolar. Many patients need a year or more to complete their breast reconstruction.
