This case study presents the results of a rhinoplasty procedure performed on a 60-year-old female patient. The objective was to address specific structural aspects of the nose to achieve a refined nasal profile. The pre-operative image displays the original nasal structure characterized by a more prominent nasal bridge and a slightly elongated nasal tip. Post-operatively, there is a noticeable reduction in the bridge height and subtle reshaping of the nasal tip, leading to a smoother dorsal aesthetic line. These changes are visible when comparing the lateral contour of the nose in both images. This case highlights the surgical adjustments made to align with the discussed goals without altering the patient's inherent facial characteristics.
