A direct neck lift combined with chin augmentation, performed on a 70-year-old male patient at 182 lbs. The direct neck lift technique places the incision directly in the neck, making it a practical option for male patients where beard skin and anatomy allow for that approach. Chin augmentation was added to address the chin-to-neck relationship visible in the profile view. What you're seeing in the after photo is the result at 12 months post-op, when healing is well established and the tissues have fully settled.
