This is a gynecomastia case performed on a 20-year-old male patient weighing 260 lbs, treated by Kendall Peters using VASER liposuction. VASER uses ultrasound energy to loosen fatty tissue before it's removed, which can give the surgeon more control in areas like the chest where glandular and fatty tissue are mixed. You can see visible breast tissue projection in the before photo, with fullness concentrated around both nipple areas. The after photo, taken at 12 months post-op, shows the chest sitting flatter against the torso, with the nipple contour lying closer to the chest wall. Skin laxity visible in the after photo reflects the patient's starting weight and skin characteristics going into surgery.
