Breast Reduction #43676

This is a breast reduction case performed on a 41-year-old woman, 171 lbs, by Dr. Kendall Peters. The before photo shows very large, heavy breasts with low nipple position. Breast reduction removes excess breast tissue and skin while repositioning the nipple-areola complex higher on the chest wall. The after photo, taken at 12 months, shows the scars from the incisions used to reshape and lift the breast mound. At one year out, those scars have faded considerably from their early post-op appearance. You can see the nipples now sit noticeably higher than they did before surgery. Individual results vary.
