This case involves a 40-year-old female patient who underwent breast augmentation using saline implants, with a follow-up period of 12 months post-operation. The before and after photographs demonstrate the changes in breast size and contour. Initially, the breasts displayed a certain degree of natural ptosis and asymmetry. Post-operatively, there is an evident increase in breast volume and a more symmetrical appearance of the breasts. The skin envelope has adapted well to the new volume without visible signs of excessive stretching or distortion. The surgical incisions appear well-healed with minimal scarring noticeable at this stage. This case illustrates the physical outcomes achievable through saline implant augmentation under controlled medical conditions.
