Case Notes
This case involves a 30-year-old female who underwent brachioplasty, commonly known as an arm lift. The procedure aimed to address the patient's concerns about excess skin and fat in the upper arm area. The before image displays noticeable sagging and loose skin along the underside of the upper arm. Twelve months post-operation, the after image reveals a more contoured and smoother appearance of the arm. The skin appears tighter, and the overall shape of the arm shows a significant reduction in excess tissue. These results were achieved through surgical removal of redundant skin and subcutaneous tissue, followed by meticulous reshaping of the remaining tissues to enhance arm contour. This case highlights typical physical outcomes achievable with this surgical technique.
