This case involves a female patient who underwent upper blepharoplasty, with the post-operative results evaluated at 12 months. The before-and-after images display the changes in the eyelid region. Prior to the procedure, there was noticeable skin redundancy over the upper eyelids which could potentially obscure the natural contour of the eye and contribute to a tired appearance. Following surgery, there is a clear reduction in excess skin, revealing more of the upper eyelid area. This alteration allows for a cleaner, more defined eyelid crease. The surgical intervention aimed to address these physical attributes without altering fundamental facial characteristics. The images show that the incision lines have healed well, and there are no visible signs of complications from the procedure.
