This case involves a male patient who underwent both upper and lower blepharoplasty. The objective was to address concerns related to the eyelid region. The before-and-after images, captured 12 months apart, document the physical changes resulting from the procedure. In the pre-operative photo, there is noticeable laxity and bulging in both the upper and lower eyelids. Post-operatively, there is a significant reduction in excess skin and puffiness around the eyes. The contour of the eyelids appears smoother and more defined, leading to a more alert appearance of the eyes. These photographs serve as a visual record of the changes achieved through surgical intervention over a one-year period. The results depicted are specific to this individual case.
