This case study presents the results of an abdominoplasty procedure combined with bilateral hip liposuction performed on a 50-year-old female patient, with a post-operative period of 12 months. The pre-operative image displays excess abdominal skin and adiposity, which is typical for candidates of this procedure. Post-operatively, there is a notable reduction in abdominal volume and a more contoured silhouette. The surgical intervention has resulted in a flatter abdomen and smoother waistline. Surgical marks are visible but have healed to a significant extent. This outcome demonstrates the physical changes achievable through targeted abdominal surgery and adjunct liposuction techniques without implying future results or patient satisfaction.
