This case involves a 40-year-old female patient who underwent breast augmentation using silicone gel implants placed through inframammary incisions. The before and after images, taken 12 months apart, demonstrate the physical changes resulting from the procedure. Initially, the patient's breast profile was less pronounced, with a relatively smaller volume and lower projection.
