If your surgery is of a reconstructive nature or deemed medically necessary, it may be covered by insurance.  A copy of your insurance ID card will be made at your initial office visit, and it is essential to keep the office informed of any changes or updates to your insurance.  If surgery is recommended by your physician, a letter of prior authorization will be sent to your insurance company and approval must be obtained before surgery can be scheduled.
If you are considering cosmetic surgery, a coordinator will meet with you at your initial consultation to discuss the cost of surgery and the scheduling process.  A coordinator is available to meet with you privately at any point in the preoperative process to provide specific information regarding fees and payment. 
Consultation fees and co payments are due at the time of your initial office visit.  A $500.00 deposit is required to schedule cosmetic surgery procedures.  This amount is refundable up to thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled surgery date.  The balance of the fee is due and payable two weeks prior to the date of your surgery.
